The National Roma Centrum on 14-15 June participated on a “Trainings for trainers for hate crimes for Roma NGOs from the Balkans” in Saraevo.

The training was realized by OSCE ODIHR during which the participants had the opportunity to learn different tools for recognition and handling of hate crimes.

The tools that were presented during the training were:

  • Research of the nature and influence of the intolerance;
  • What kinds of hate crimes are there and what are the pointers for prejudice;
  • Strategies for tackling and following up on hate crimes.
