Exhibition of drawings, t-shirts and canvases made by students from primary and high schools from Kumanovo on the occasion of Roma Pride campaign DOSTA! “Go beyond prejudice, meet the Roma”.

The exhibition is the final activity of this year’s celebration of Roma Pride campaign DOSTA! “Go beyond prejudice, meet the Roma” supported by the “Europe for Citizens” Programme.

On the 28.10.2016 National Roma Centrum in cooperation with primary and high schools from Kumanovo organized an exhibition of drawings on the topic “How much do you know Roma” and T-shirts and canvases with quotes, sayings and creative works to reduce stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination that which were made on happening on the occasion of Roma Pride.

Besides the exhibition of drawings and creations made by the students certificates of participation were awarded all students, teachers and schools as supporters of reducing stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination in education. At the end of the event was promoted creative video that was recorded during the preparatory workshop and Happening where all participants take part in the activities of Roma Pride and the campaign DOSTA! “Go beyond prejudice, meet the Roma”.
