On 12 and 13 March 2019, a two-day training was held on enhanced communication with a vulnerable group of citizens with representatives from the Municipalities of Kumanovo, Shtip, Prilep and Kichevo within the project “Supporting Legalization of Roma Housing”.

The importance of communication as a process and tool in establishing a relationship with the Roma community, motivation techniques and strategies and tools for overcoming conflict situations were part of the training topics.

At the training participants had the opportunity to upgrade their skills to help Roma access to administrative justice and overcoming barriers in order to complete legalization procedures.

The training was conducted by two trainers in cooperation with the project team.
