Team, teamwork, communication in a multicultural environment and conflict resolution

On 20 and 21 March at Hotel Alpina, Mavrovo in excellent working atmosphere was held the last training on team, teamwork, communication in a multicultural environment and conflict resolution with representatives of civil society associations and local authorities of municipalities Tetovo and Skopje.

First day participants had the opportunity to meet and define the concepts of team, team work and defining the roles in teams through exercises and practical examples. They also had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge in the area of multiculturalism and intercultural learning or communication in a multicultural environment.

The second day of the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about ways to deal with prejudices and stereotypes and through examples to learn what types of conflicts there are and how they should be addressed in a multicultural surrounding.
The workshop was conducted by two coaches Zoran Stojkovski and Stanislav Petkovski in collaboration with the project team
