First two-day training with the representatives from Kumanovo and Kocani Municipalities within the project “Improving Participation of Smaller Communities at the Local Level”

On 09 and 10^th of February in the Hotel Aurora – Berovo in a nice working atmosphere was held the first training for communication in a multicultural environment, team work and solving of conflicts.

Participants of the training were representatives of the Roma, Vlasch, Albanian and Macedonian communities in Kumanovo and Kocani, representatives of the Kocani and Kumanovo municipalities, from the Centres for social protection, and from the Commision for inter community relations in Kumanovo. The participants during their team work, were informed about the roles in the team, the meaning of the team work, recognizing conflicts and their resolving. Through exercises all representatives had active role and participation, while they shared their experience and thoughts for the existing problems.

The training was held by Zoran Stojkovski and Biljana Pesheva with the project team.
