National Roma Centrum within the project “Combbating discrimination against Roma children” prepared the report “Discrimination of Roma children, international and domestic legislation, national policies and institutional set-up (analysis of the cases from field work)” The project is supported by the European Union.

The report presents an analysis of the international regulation and instruments for protection against discrimination, analysis and domestic legislation, national policies and documents of some of the state institutions, the institutional setup, the mechanisms for protection against discrimination, analysis of identified cases of discrimination against Roma children and conclusions and recommendations in several areas.
