Formal and informal ways of cooperation between local NGOs and local authorities
In hotel Teater on 27th and 28st March was held the sixth and also the last workshop for formal and informal ways of cooperation between representatives of local NGOs and local authorities.
The workshop was attended by representatives of civil society organizations belonging to Roma, Albanian, Turkish, Serbian community as well as representatives of municipality of Bitola, representatives from schools, Health Insurance Fund and the Council of the Municipality of Bitola. Participants took part in identifying specific problems, challenges and needs of smaller communities in the municipality of Bitola. By working in groups they have identified problems in the field of culture, education, employment, health, environment, personal documentation, urbanism and offered concrete solutions to overcome them.
On the second day of the workshop participants strengthened their knowledge and skills in the area of communication, what types of communication exist, ways on how to recognize impaired cooperation and resolve disagreements and conflicts in cooperation.
The workshop was conducted by two coaches Zoran Stojkovski and Stanislav Petkovski in collaboration with the project team.
