Team, teamwork, communication in a multicultural environment and conflict resolution

On 16 and 17 March at Hotel Belvedere, Ohrid was held the second training regarding team, teamwork, communication in a multicultural environment and conflict resolution with representatives from civil society organizations and local authorities from Prilep, Bitola and Kicevo.

The first day of training, participants were introduced and defined the concepts of team, team work and defining roles within a team. Also participants through exercises and examples strengthened their knowledge in the field of communication in a multicultural environment.

On the second day of training participants through formal and informal exercises were introduced to ways of dealing with prejudice and stereotypes and how to resolve conflicts in a multicultural environment.

The workshop was conducted by two trainers Zoran Stojkovski and Biljana Peseva in collaboration with the project team.
