The second outcomes is \u201dIncreased organizational capacities and financial sustainability of NRC\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NRC will work ontrainings to strengthenthe capacity of NRC stafffor Social Enterpreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the project documents, the engagement will be a conducting 2 trainings for Social Enterpreneurship for NRC staff, during the months February -March 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II.Objective of the assignment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The engagement of the expertincludes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a1.Preparation of two one-day trainings to strengthen the capacity of NRC stafffor Social Enterpreneurship (one day);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u04302.Execution of 2 one-day trainingsto strengthen the capacity of NRC stafffor Social Entrepreneurship (two days);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a3. Preparation and delivery of activity report and time sheet (in English), 5 days after the engagement is finished<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a4. Acceptance and respect of the principles and ethic values of the NRC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a5. Communication and cooperation with all participants in the project<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engagement of theexpert includes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(b) following deliverables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b1. 2 one-day trainingsto strengthen the capacity of NRC stafffor Social Enterpreneurship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b2. Activity report in English (delivered 5 days after finishing the engagement tasks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b3. Time sheet (delivered 5 days after finishing the engagement tasks)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected duration of assignment is 3 days during February -March 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Duty travel &amp;accommodation<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no related costs for duty travel and accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.\u00a0\u00a0 Coordination&amp; reporting<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact point\/responsible person for the assignment are<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Co-facilitator from NRC<\/li><li>Organizational Development Coordinator from NRC.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The assignment includes preparation and execution of 2 one-day trainings to strengthen the capacity of NRC staff for Social Enterpreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The engaged expert will report once after finishing of the assignment with activity report in English and time sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V.\u00a0 Qualification requirements<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantitative and qualitative criteria upon which offers will be evaluated are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>At least bachelor degree;<\/li><li>Minimum 3 years of documented work experience in the field of social entrepreneurship,<\/li><li>Experience in planning and implementation of trainings&nbsp;to strengthen the capacity for Social Entrepreneurship;<\/li><li>Knowledge of national documents as well as strategic documents related to social entrepreneurship;<\/li><li>Knowledge in Microsoft Office and secured internet access;<\/li><li>Digital literacy in modern communication tools (Zoom, BlueJeans).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Application procedure:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline for submission of offers is 11.02.2022 until 16:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offers should be submitted on the following e-mails: <a href=\"mailto:info@nationalromacentrum.org\">info@nationalromacentrum.org<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:ksojic@nationalromacentrum.org\">ksojic@nationalromacentrum.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer should contain following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work biography<\/li><li>Copy of graduate diploma<\/li><li>Letter of interest with short description about relevant knowledge and experience for this call<\/li><li>At least3examples of previous work in similar tasks in last 5 years<\/li><li>Proposed methodology and approach<\/li><li>Current status scanned in original not older than 6 months if the applicant is legal entity<\/li><li>Offered gross price per day in Macedonian denars (travel costs included)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII.\u00a0 Evaluation of the offers<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Incomplete applications or applications received after the deadline for submission will not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best value for money principle will be taken into account by using a weighted scoring method to evaluate the combination of the applicants\u2019 qualification (80%) and financial proposal (20%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When using this weighted scoring method, the award of the contract will be made to the bidder whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsive\/compliant\/acceptable, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Having received the highest combined score out of a weighted technical and financial evaluation specific to the solicitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Technical evaluation (80%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical evaluation of the received offers will consist of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluation of professional experience (relevance of50%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluation of proposed methodology and approach (relevance of 20%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluation of formal education (relevance of 10%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Financial evaluation (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The evaluation of the financial offers will be conducted in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The offer with the lowest price shall receive the total of 20 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The other offers with higher prices shall receive the respective score according to the following formula: 20* (Lowest Price \/ Proposed Price).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Terms of payment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>NRCwill sign a contract with the selected applicant. The payment will be made by NRCafter completion of engagementand approval of the submitted report and time sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IX.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Declaration of relationships<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Applicant shall describe if their organization\/employees have any business or personal relationships with closely associated party from We Effect, its Regional Office in Skopje, its governing bodies and employees or with similar bodies\/persons of NRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closely associated party (persons, physical or legal) as per We Effect\u2019s definition is considered person who has the possibility to exert control over, or significant influence on, the other person when it comes to financial and operative decision-making concerning an activity.
