The second outcomes is \u201dIncreased organizational capacities and financial sustainability of NRC\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NRC (implementer of the intervention) \u00a0and MK Delteks DOOEL Kochani(intervention partner) will work to improve the working conditions in the company as part of the pilot intervention \u201cAttracting, supporting and retaining employees, with focus on Roma\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Objective of the procurement<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective is procurement of purchase of tools\/technology for improvement of working conditions in MK Delteks DOOEL Kochani as part of the garment industry and includes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(a) following product:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a1. Sewing Machine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b2. Overlock sewing machine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b3. Collar overturning machine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The procurement offer can be divided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expected procurement period is December 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Duty travel &amp;accommodation<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no related costs for duty travel and accommodation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.Coordination&amp; reporting<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact point\/responsible person for the assignment are<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chief Executive from MK Delteks DOOEL Kochani<\/li><li>Co-facilitator from NRC<\/li><li>Organizational Development Coordinator from NRC.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Offer requirements<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Criteria upon which offers will be evaluated are: Price and Quality\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Application procedure:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Deadline for submission of offers is 24.12.2021 until 16:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offers should be submitted on the following e-mails: <a href=\"mailto:info@nationalromacentrum.org\">info@nationalromacentrum.org<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:ksojic@nationalromacentrum.org\">ksojic@nationalromacentrum.org<\/a> and gorgievska.delta@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offer should contain following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The offer is prepared in writing with the offered gross price in denars per product<\/li><li>Name, address and seat of the service provider, tax number, telephone numbers, fax, e-mail addresses for contact as well as contact persons<\/li><li>Characteristics of the offered product(s)<\/li><li>Deadline and manner of delivery of goods and services<\/li><li>Deadline and method of payment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluation of the offers<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Incomplete offers or offers received after the deadline for submission will not be taken into consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best value for money principle will be taken into account by using a weighted scoring method to evaluate the combination of price and quality.The price brings a maximum of 80%, the quality brings a maximum of 20%. The winner of the call after the request for submission of bids is the bidder who will receive the most points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When using this weighted scoring method, the award of the contract will be made to the bidder whose offer has been evaluated and determined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Responsive\/compliant\/acceptable, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Having received the highest combined score out of a weighted technical and financial evaluation specific to the solicitation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Technical evaluation (20%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The technical evaluation of the received offers will consist of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluation of technical characteristics (relevance of 20%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Financial evaluation (80%)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The evaluation of the financial offers will be conducted in the following manner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The offer with the lowest price shall receive the total of 80 points<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The other offers with higher prices shall receive the respective score according to the following formula: 80* (Lowest Price \/ Proposed Price).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VIII.Terms of payment<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The payment will be made by NRC in one installment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IX.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Declaration of relationships<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The Applicant shall describe if their organization\/employees have any business or personal relationships with closely associated party from We Effect, its Regional Office in Skopje, its governing bodies and employees or with similar bodies\/persons of NRC and MK Delteks DOOEL Kochani.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closely associated party (persons, physical or legal) as per We Effect\u2019s definition is considered person who has the possibility to exert control over, or significant influence on, the other person when it comes to financial and operative decision-making concerning an activity.
