National Roma Centrum from Kumanovo started with implementation of the project “Changing the Narratives of the Roma in Health Care Institutions” “My Health My Right”<\/p>\n

The project aims to mobilize young Roma for acquiring knowledge and skills to promote and work on Roma health. It will also work to raise awareness among young people about their rights and to initiate a dialogue between young Roma and health professionals to overcome barriers and stereotypes regarding the Roma community and vice versa.<\/p>\n

Project activities will have a creative impact on changing prejudices and stereotypes about Roma in healthcare institutions.<\/p>\n

The project is financially supported by the Foundation Open Society Macedonia and will be implemented in the period from November 2018 to December 2019 in Kumanovo.<\/p>\n
