It was \tunderlined the need of preparing of action plan in accordance with \tthe Strategy for Roma and the Project for modernization in the \teducation by the<!--more--> Bureau for Development of Education of R.M., the \tAdministration for Development of Education of the Communities and \tExperts  from the Roma community for increased coverage of Roma \tstudents.<\/li>\n<li> The \tparticipants in the session from the authorized institutions request \trealization of projects and special programs in the field of \teducation on all levels, financially supported by the state.<\/li>\n<li>The \tpresent guests in the session underlined the need for implementing \tthe Constitutional Law for education in mother language. Especially \tthey are asking for initiating and strengthening of state \tinstruments for adequate social protection of the Roma and special \teducational, social programs, with which the youngest Roma \tpopulation will be provided with appropriate conditions for \teducation.<\/li>\n<li> The \tparticipants are stressing the need for promotion and realization of \tprojects which will produce Roma educational cadres for the needs of \tthe primary and secondary education of Roma, with special stress on \tstarting of Romology studies at the University of St. Kiril and \tMetodij in Skopje.<\/li>\n<li> The \tparticipants are expressing the need of inclusion of the history of \tthe Roma in the History textbooks for the primary and secondary \tschools.<\/li>\n<li> The \tpresent in the session are requesting from the state creating of \tappropriate instruments for adequate transfer of the authorities of \tthe local self-government, with which the local self-government \tcould provide conditions for complete social protection, for a \tcomplete coverage and education of the Roma in their environments, \tas well as realization of projects for education of adult Roma.<\/li>\n<li>The \tparticipants in the session proposed activities for solving of the \tproblem of personal documentation of Roma families, as one of the \treasons for decreased presence in the schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Campaign for education of Roma in Macedonia &#8220;The key is in your hands&#8221;
