The National Roma Center in partnership with the association Public from Skopje from the beginning of the implementation of the project “Combating of discrimination against Roma children” supported by the Delegation of the European Union, held meetings for cooperation and coordination.<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the beginning of the project implementation, meetings were held with: the Ombudsman Institution, the Commission for Protection against Discrimination, civil society associations and local Roma human rights activists working in the field of protection against discrimination in the Municipalities of Kumanovo, Kriva Palanka, Kocani Kicevo and Prilep.<\/p>\n

The main goal of the meetings was present the project activities and the main purpose of the Action. Also, to establish cooperation between institutions working in the field of discrimination, NGOs and Roma activists through consultation and coordination to support the identification, registration and processing of cases of discrimination and protection of the rights of Roma.<\/p>\n
