Advanced communication skills and collaboration between local civil associations and local authorities<\/strong><\/p>\n

On September 4 and 5, in the hotel Biser, Struga, the first workshop for advanced communication skills was held with representatives of civil associations and local authorities from the municipalities of Kumanovo, Tetovo and Skopje.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the workshop participants were introduced to methods of stimulating active and innovative thinking, interpersonal styles of persons in the working environment according to the transactional analysis and through examples and exercises, they strengthened their skills.<\/p>\n

The second day of the training with active involvement in the workshop the participants through exercises and examples enriched their knowledge and skills for body language and informal power play.<\/p>\n

The workshop was conducted by two experienced trainers in cooperation with the project team.<\/p>\n
