{"id":2722,"date":"2015-03-11T09:04:32","date_gmt":"2015-03-11T09:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalromacentrum.org\/en\/?p=2722"},"modified":"2015-03-11T09:04:32","modified_gmt":"2015-03-11T09:04:32","slug":"interaction-with-un-human-rights-mechanisms-possibilities-in-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalromacentrum.org\/en\/uncategorized\/interaction-with-un-human-rights-mechanisms-possibilities-in-2015","title":{"rendered":"Interaction with UN human rights mechanisms: possibilities in 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> Organized workshop for possibilities in 2015 on the field of interaction with UN human rights mechanism, be the Office of the resident UN coordination, Mrs. Luisa Winton<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On March 4<sup>th<\/sup>, the \u201cInteraction with UN human rights mechanisms: possibilities in 2015\u201d workshop was organized in the Office of the resident UN coordination, Mrs. Luisa Winton, with participation of the High Commissioner Human Rights Office from Geneva.<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"More...\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nationalromacentrum.org\/mk\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The workshop covered the UN\u2019s human rights system, its governing bodies, reporting and following the human rights condition and challenges the signing countries face. The ratification of the contracts creates a legal obligation for the country to report periodically to the UN bodies; to conduct legal obligations on a national level through laws, policies, institutional and program changes, as well as promotion and respect of rights of contracts. In periodic reports of the member countries, the conducting of the contracts is followed up, where the country reports on legal, administrative, judicial and other measures.
