{"id":2064,"date":"2012-12-21T18:59:08","date_gmt":"2012-12-21T18:59:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nationalromacentrum.org\/en\/?p=2064"},"modified":"2012-12-21T18:59:08","modified_gmt":"2012-12-21T18:59:08","slug":"discussion-of-the-housing-of-roma-in-macedonia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nationalromacentrum.org\/en\/uncategorized\/discussion-of-the-housing-of-roma-in-macedonia","title":{"rendered":"Discussion of the housing of Roma in Macedonia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The goal of this meeting was to exchange information about the needs of the project \u201cBest practices for Roma integration\u201d which is being implemented by OBSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A meeting took place in the National Roma Centrum with Aleksandar Lazovski, a representative from OBSE who is included in the project \u201cBest practices for Roma integration\u201d, Paul Rabbe and Alonso Ayla, consultants on a regional level from the Netherlands who are included in the same project. Representatives from NRC on the meeting were Asmet Elezovski \u2013 NRC manager, <!--more-->Katerina Sojic \u2013 a lawyer and Slavica Tasevska-Simonovic \u2013 assistant in the Rescource Center in the project \u201cLegalization of the housing of Roma\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of this meeting was the exchanging of information for the needs of the project \u201cBest practices for Roma integration\u201d which is being implemented by OBSE. Paul Rabbe and Alonso Ayla are engaged as consultants in the making of a regional report for the housing which will include issues for social housing of the Roma, as well as legalization of the Roma neighborhoods.
