The series gives an overview the history of the Roma from the beginnings in Asia to our present days. The presentation takes place on several different layers:

• Roma in 16th – 17th century
• Roma in 18th century
• Roma in 19th century
• Roma in the first half of the 20th century and the Pharrajimos
• Roma in the second half of 20th century
